Basic contractor recommendations during our free initial consultation come at no charge. Comprehensive vetting, interviewing, and contractor coordination are included in our paid project planning packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and business checks. Payment is typically required before service delivery, with custom payment plans available for Full Management packages.
Can I upgrade my service package mid-project?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Project Planning and upgrade to Full Management once construction begins. We credit your initial package payment toward the upgraded service level.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our Project Planning package within the first two weeks, we’ll refund your investment minus any contractor coordination costs already incurred.
